Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
- Track and report progress to leadership and ensure alignment with timelines.
- Use tools like JIRA, Asana, MS Project, or Trello to manage workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience managing mid to large-scale technology projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business units.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience in telecom, finance, or SaaS-based industries.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and software development lifecycle.
- Bilingual in English and French (for federal or bilingual companies).
- Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration (MBA).
