Key Responsibilities

  • Provide **first-level IT support** via phone, email, and in-person to staff, students, and faculty.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Set up and configure new computers, laptops, AV equipment, and mobile devices.
