The Opportunity
- The Investment business unit is responsible for investing the various sector
portfolios on behalf of the funds managed by the Agency. The primary focus of this
role is to provide executive assistance within the Investment Team.
- This is a part time role based out of our Sydney ofce. The position is 0.6 days FTE
per week, spread over 5 days working Monday to Thursday in ofce and working
from home on Friday.
- The EA’s in the Investment Team will be experienced in handling a wide range of
administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work
independently with little or no supervision. The ability to interact with staff at all
levels, in a fast-paced environment, often working against deadlines, remaining
exible, proactive, resourceful and efcient, with a high level of professionalism and
condentiality is crucial to this role.

Key Responsibilities
- In this role, key responsibilities will include email and diary management for team
members, ensuring meetings are well-coordinated and communications are handled
efciently. You will also support various projects, coordinate meeting materials,
reconcile expenses, and manage a range of documentation. You’ll also provide
support and coordination for various committees within the investment team as
well as the Board.
- You’ll also liaise with our internal travel team to arranging domestic and
international travel, ensuring that all logistical aspects are in place, from costeffective travel arrangements to preparing necessary documentation.

About You
- We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant, ideally with experience in the
investment or nancial services sectors. The ideal candidate will have a certicate
in Ofce Administration (or equivalent) and demonstrate strong organisational skills,
a proactive approach to managing tasks, and the ability to handle complex domestic
and international travel arrangements. Advanced prociency in Microsoft Teams,
Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential, along with the ability to build
effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Key competencies include excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
and a collaborative mindset that fosters strong working relationships within the
team and across the organisation. The successful candidate will be a self-starter
who takes ownership of their work, acts with initiative, and consistently delivers
high-quality outcomes. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment, adapts to challenges, and actively engages with sub-teams to support
their goals and priorities.
