Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
  • Partner with leadership teams to define and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes for both cabin crew and ground staff.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and Emirates Group policies.
  • Manage compensation and benefits structures.
  • Design employee engagement programs and retention strategies.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives and culture transformation.
  • Handle grievance procedures, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare periodic reports for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CIPD certification preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 6–8 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Preferred: Experience in aviation, hospitality, or multinational corporations.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
