Key Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and construction specifications.
- Supervise infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and water systems.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety laws, and environmental regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Eng or B.Sc.)
- Licensed or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Canada.
- 2+ years of relevant civil project experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications
- Master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- PMP Certification (for project-based roles).
- Knowledge of construction contract administration (e.g., CCDC documents).
- Experience in municipal infrastructure, geotechnical or environmental engineering.
- Bilingual (English and French) is a plus, especially in Quebec or federal roles.
